Onko viinakaappisi tyhjä, vaikka opiskelijasyksy on jo täällä? Oletko aina halunnut matkustaa syksyiseen Tallinnaan hyvässä seurassa? BOSA ry järjestää pitkästä aikaa perinteisen excursion Viroon 20.9.-21.9.2023. Tällä reissulla pääsemme nauttimaan tunnelmallisesta laivamatkasta ja vierailemaan Sorin panimossa. Osallistujilla on päivän aikana tietysti myös mahdollisuus vierailla paikallisissa olutravintoloissa sekä tehdä ostoksia SuperAlkosta.
Matkan hinta on 25€. Hintaan sisältyy meno-paluu matkaliput Viking XPRS:llä (hyttipaikka menomatkalla) sekä panimovierailu Sori Brewingillä. Laivalla yövytään menomatkalla, ja olemme varanneet menomatkaa varten neljän hengen hyttejä. Jos siis haluat ehdottomasti jonkun tietyn ihmisen matkaseuraksesi, ilmoita hyttitoiveesi ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä. Älä huoli, jos matkaseuraa ei vielä tässä vaiheessa ole tiedossa, metsästämme kaikille hyttitoverit! Laivasta jalkaudutaan maihin aikaisin torstaiaamuna.
Huomautamme vielä, että kuljetusten osalta BOSA ry järjestää vain laivamatkat. Tästä johtuu myös huomattavan edullinen osallistumismaksu. Osallistujien on siis itse hoidettava kulkemisensa laivaterminaaliin Helsingissä sekä liikkuminen Tallinnan alueella. Matkavieraita varten luodaan Telegram-ryhmä, jossa yhteydenpito ja yhteiskuljetuksien sopiminen on helpompaa.
Aikataulu:
- kokoontuminen 20.9. klo 19:00 Katajanokan terminaalissa, Helsingissä
- klo 20:30 laiva lähtee Helsingistä
- Yöpyminen laivassa. Hyttien luovutus 21.9. klo 5:45 mennessä. Poistuminen laivasta klo 06:00-06:30
- laiva lähtee Tallinnasta klo 17:00
- laiva saapuu Helsinkiin klo 19:30.
Matkustajilla tulee olla mukanaan virallinen matkustusasiakirja.
Ohjelma pähkinänkuoressa:
- Villi yö laivassa ja reipas maihinnousu aikaisin aamulla
- Panimovierailu Sorin panimossa aamutuimaan
- Tallinnan olutravintoloihin tutustuminen/vapaata ohjelmaa
- SuperAlko
- Kuuluisaakin kuuluisampi laivakaraoke
Seurueen maksimikoko on 50 henkilöä. Matka toteutetaan riittävän suurella osallistujamäärällä. Matkan peruuntuessa siitä ilmoitetaan sähköpostitse ilmoittautumisen tehneille.

Are you short on refreshments even though the autumn semester is already here? Does travelling to Estonia in amazing company sound good to you? BOSA ry is organizing the traditional Estonian excursion after a long break, starting on the 20th of September. On this trip the participants get the chance to enjoy an atmospheric sea crossing and visit Sori Brewing premises in Tallinn. During the day there is also plenty of time to visit local establishments and restaurants as well as purchase homecoming gifts from SuperAlko (a large and affordable liquor store).
The participation fee is 25 € which includes round trip tickets between Helsinki and Tallinn on board Viking XPRS, as well as a visit to Sori Brewing. As we will be staying on the ship for the night, cabins for 4 people each have been reserved for us. If you already have a group of 4, make sure to let us know your desired cabin companions in the registration form. If you don’t yet have anyone to go with, fear not as we will look for people to share the cabin with you. We will disembark the ship early Thursday morning 21st September.
Considering transportation, we would like to note that BOSA ry organizes the ferry tickets ONLY. All participants need to take care of their own means of transportation to and from the ferry terminal in Helsinki and in Tallinn. A Telegram group chat will be provided for the participants in order to help the group organize rideshares and activities.
SCHEDULE:
- Assembly at Katajanokka terminal, Helsinki on the 20th of September at 19:00.
- At 20:30 the ship leaves Helsinki
- A night on board. Exit the cabins at 05:45 the following morning (21st Sept.). Disembarkation from 06:00 to 06:30.
- At 17:00 the ship leaves Tallinn.
- At 19:30 the ship arrives in Helsinki.
All participants are required to have an official identification document on board (passport, ID card – a driver’s license will not be sufficient).
THE PROGRAM IN A NUTSHELL:
- A wild night on the ship followed by an energetic disembarkation the following morning.
- A visit to Sori Brewing premises during the morning.
- Free time to see the sights and visit local establishments in downtown Tallinn.
- The famous cruise karaoke on the way back to Helsinki.
The maximum size of the party is 50 people. The trip will be organized with a large enough group of participants. In case of cancellation all participants will be informed via email.
